Conversation : "acrimonia lacrimalis : l’èbe des eaux amères."
avec Aman Iwan et Emanuele Coccia

Aman Iwan (collectif) / Plateforme collaborative et transdisciplinaire, elle s’intéresse aux problématiques de populations et territoires souvent délaissés par les pouvoirs publics. Édition, architecture et construction : leurs propositions s’inscrivent aussi dans un processus de réaction face à des éléments extérieurs qui perturbent l’équilibre d’un territoire, provoquant la disparition de savoir-faire et de traditions séculaires.

Emanuele Coccia / Maître de conférences à l'EHESS depuis 2011, il a été chercheur et professeur invité des universités de Tokyo, Buenos Aires, Düsseldorf, Columbia et Fribourg-en-Brisgau. Philosophe audacieux, ses travaux portent tant sur l'histoire de la normativité religieuse et l'esthétique, le statut ontologique des images et leur pouvoir normatif dans la mode et la publicité, que sur une nouvelle métaphysique du sensible.

Performance : "SALIVE" par Inès Di Folco

Inès Di Folco / Née en 1993, étudie à l'École nationale supérieure des beaux-arts de Paris. Elle produit essentiellement de la peinture et du dessin tout en jouant dans plusieurs groupes de musique, du RnB au rock, toujours liés à l'improvisation : Pira Pora, Rose Mercie, La Ligne Claire et Inéès.

"Invitée par l'artiste Julien Creuzet à proposer autour de sa double exposition un cycle de rencontres à la Fondation d'entreprise Ricard puis à Bétonsalon - Centre d'art et de recherche, j'ai saisi l'opportunité d'une phrase - 'il y a des histoires d'eau entre nous' - pour réactiver un dispositif de conversations Skype initié en 2015, et inviter un.e artiste à performer, elle, lui, 'in situ'. Je leur ai alors, en amont, présenté un matériau évoquant ces eaux (mot, texte, images et/ou vidéos), les laissant libres de le manipuler et le faire dégorger."

Aman Iwan (collective) x Emanuele Coccia

The Aman Iwan collective concerns itself with neglected territories and populations in a transdisciplinary and collaborative manner. Through publishing, architecture and construction, they take into account the various forces balancing a territory and fight against the disappearance of local traditions and forms of knowledge.

Emanuele Coccia has been teaching at EHESS, Paris, since 2011. He was guest researcher and guest professor at the universities of Tokyo, Buenos Aires, Düsseldorf, Columbia, and Freiburg-im-Breigau. His bold philosophical works focus on the narratives of religious normativity and aesthetics, notably on the power and ontological status of images in fashion and advertising, as well as on building new metaphysics of sensibility.

Performance: "SALIVA" by Inès Di Folco

Inès Di Folco was born in 1993 and studies at the Paris school of Fine Arts. She works with painting and drawing. Additionally, she plays in various music groups that focus on improvisation in the RnB and rock genres: Pira Pora, Rose Mercie, La Ligne Claire and Inéès.

"French artist Julien Creuzet invited me to conceive a series of public programs as part of his two solo shows at Fondation d’entreprise Ricard and Bétonsalon - Center for Art and Research. Starting from the sentence "there are stories of water between us," I took this opportunity to revive a series of Skype conversations I had initiated in 2015, and to invite an artist to perform "in situ". I presented them a material or a piece evoking these waters (a word, a text, images and/or videos), and I left them to examine and drain it freely." Mawena Yehouessi

Mawena Yehouessi leads and curates a variety of cultural projects, from research in philosophy to graphic design, in an exploratory, transversal, prospective and syncretic manner.
