Bonjour à tous.

Devant la situation sanitaire actuelle relative au COVID-19, nous avons décidé d'annuler le 36ème PARIS-ROUBAIX CYCLOTOURISME qui devait avoir lieu le 10 mai 2020.

Pour les participants déjà inscrits, nous proposons 2 solutions :

- soit un remboursement de votre inscription

- soit un don partiel ou total de votre inscription en faveur de notre association selon votre choix.

Pourquoi cette dernière proposition ? Le PARIS-ROUBAIX CYCLOTOURISME se prépare plusieurs mois en amont avec des dépenses fixes importantes que nous devons anticiper dès janvier.

L'annulation sera donc lourde financièrement pour notre club.

Si vous le souhaitez, par solidarité, nous vous proposons de nous soutenir.

Si le montant total des dons dépasse le total de nos frais fixes, l’excédent sera donné au AMIS DE PARIS-ROUBAIX , qui a en charge l'entretien des secteurs pavés des Paris-Roubaix (http://www.lesamisdeparisroubaix.com)

Quelque soit la solution choisie, merci de nous laisser le temps de nous organiser.

Given the current situation related to COVID-19, we decide to cancel the 36th PARIS-ROUBAIX CYCLOTOURISME race, planned on May 10th 2020.

For the participants already registred, we can offer 2 solutions :

- full repayement of registration fee

- partial or full donation to the VELO CLUB DE ROUBAIX CYCLOTOURISME Association. Donations in any amount will be appreciated.

Why the donation ?

The PARIS-ROUBAIX CYCLOTOURISME race has been planned for months, with significant expenses from January 2020. Some of these expenses cannot be canceled and the association financial's loss will be hight.

If you wish, you can suport VELO CLUB DE ROUBAIX CYCLOTOURISME Association out of solidarity.

If the total amount of donations exceeds the total of our fixed costs, the excess will be given to the FRIENDS OF PARIS-ROUBAIX, which is responsible for the maintenance of the paved areas of Paris-Roubaix (http://www.lesamisdeparisroubaix.com )

ANNULATIE PARIS-ROUBAIX CYCLO gepland voor 10 mei 2020

Gezien de huidige gezondheidssituatie met betrekking tot COVID-19 hebben wij besloten de 36e PARIS-ROUBAIX CYCLOTOURISME, die op 10 mei 2020 zou plaatsvinden, te annuleren.

Voor de reeds ingeschreven deelnemers stellen we 2 oplossingen voor:

- ofwel een terugbetaling van uw inschrijvingsgeld

- ofwel een gedeeltelijke of volledige schenking van uw inschrijvingsgeld ten gunste van onze vereniging naargelang uw keuze.

Waarom dit laatste voorstel?

PARIS-ROUBAIX CYCLOTOURISME wordt enkele maanden van tevoren voorbereid met belangrijke vaste uitgaven die we vanaf januari moeten voorzien.

De annulatie zal dus financieel zwaar zijn voor onze club.

Als u dat wenst, stellen wij u voor om ons te steunen door middel van solidariteit.

Indien het totale bedrag van de giften het totaal van onze vaste kosten overstijgt, wordt het overschot aan AMIS DE PARIS-ROUBAIX gegeven (http://www.lesamisdeparisroubaix.com).

Welke oplossing u ook kiest, geef ons de tijd om ons te organiseren.
