L’association Aix ONU de Sciences Po Aix vous invite à son week-end diplomatique!

Comme chaque année, Aix ONU organise LE grand week-end diplomatique de la région PACA, qui porte haut et fort les couleurs aixoises avec sa 12ème édition du Aix Model United Nations, du 16 au 18 février 2018 ! Désormais considéré comme un évènement incontournable, le Aix MUN est le Model United Nations organisé par l’association Aix ONU. Que vous soyez habitués des Model United Nations et diplomates convaincus, ou débutants à la recherche d’une première expérience diplomatique, le Aix MUN a vocation à rassembler tous les niveaux pour des débats à la fois passionnants et enrichissants ! Aix ONU vous propose cette année deux comités, francophone et anglophone, dont les sujets sont les suivants :

– Comité francophone : « Les droits fondamentaux face à la procédure et aux sanctions pénales »
– English Committee : « DISEC : women in armed conflicts »

Le vendredi 16 sera consacré à la Cérémonie d’ouverture à partir de 18h. Les débats auront lieu le samedi toute la journée et le dimanche matin ; pour laisser place le dimanche après-midi à incontournable cérémonie de clôture. Pendant ce week-end, nous organiserons deux soirées (social events), afin d’allier diplomatie et convivialité pour vous faire découvrir la vie aixoise !

Les délégués doivent choisir le pays qu’ils souhaiteront représenter, selon leurs préférences ; les règles de procédures seront expliquées en début de Conférence. A la fin de l’évènement, des certificats de participation seront remis, ainsi que de glorieuses récompenses pour les délégués qui se seront les plus brillamment distingués par leurs compétences et leur énergie ! Interested in a diplomatic week-end? Aix ONU student union, from Sciences Po Aix, welcomes you! This exceptional week-end, the Aix MUN, will take place from the 16th to the 18th of February 2018! This is a week-end full of simulations and debates, inspired by UN debates, opened to every students, including high school students and international students. You are a Model United Nations’ veteran? A beginner, searching for a first diplomatic experience? The Aix MUN would like to gather every level to create debates as exciting as rewarding, and we want you! This year, Aix ONU offers two different committees, a French and an English one.

The Friday will be dedicated to the Opening Ceremony, while debates will be held on Saturday and Sunday morning. The Sunday afternoon will be dedicated to the Closing Ceremony. We also offer you the opportunity to take part in our social events during Friday and Saturday nights in order to discover how we party in the south of France!

Delegates must choose the country they would like to represent, according to their preferences. Rules of procedure will be detailed at the beginning of the Conference. At the end of the event, Certificates of Participation will be delivered, with glorious rewards for the most brilliant and skilled delegates. You are convinced?
