A four-day trip of the Battlefields of the Somme 1916, which will take place 5th - 8th of October 2018. During the tour we will visit important sites, following the battle as it unfolded. We will also do our best to accommodate individual research of ancestors buried on the Somme.

The Famous Sunken Lane where the Lancashire Fusiliers were caught on film
Newfoundland Park and the story of the 29th Division and the Newfoundland Regiment
The Ulster Tower and preserved trenches in Thiepval Wood
Thiepval Memorial to the missing
Lochnagar Mine Crater
Devonshire Cemetery including the grave of War Poet Lieutenant W N Hodgson MC
Carnoy Military Cemetery and the story of Captain Billie Nevill and the footballs
Montauban where the British and French Armies advanced side by side
