Yoga for Beginners Workshop - Agape Movement Studio

If you're someone who has always wanted to begin a yoga practice but you aren't quite sure where to start, this class is a must do!
We'll spend an hour learning about yoga basics and class structure as well as how to begin your own practice at home. The next hour will be spent exploring different yoga postures and class styles.
Yoga is a very forgiving and adaptable exercise. I would love to share this gift with you no matter where you are physically or mentally.
