Saturday 21st April 2018:
11am-1pm: Safe landings & exits - Our top tips to spot, save and exit tricks safely, even when they go wrong! The must-know of all acroyogis!
2.30pm - 5.30pm: Cool entries and exits from L-basing Foot-to-Hand and intro to Hand-to-Hand (normal grip and reverse Hand-to-Hand)
Sunday 22nd April 2018:
11am-1pm: Intro to Standing Acrobatics - Get confidence and start working our way up!
2.30pm - 5.30pm: A taste of dynamic Acro - Boost your acro with flowy, dynamic entrances & exits, tempos and transitions (Lbase & standing)
Workshops in English (with French translations when necessary)
Let's bring a collective picnic to share for lunch!
THE TEACHERS:
MARTIN KVIST : Martin comes from Denmark. Masters degree in Sport Science, former competitive gymnast and acrobatic since a life time, he founded Flying High Acrobatics and he is also one of the main teachers at Partner Acrobatics. Martin travels the world to teach and train future teachers in partner acrobatics, handstands and other fields of movement mastery. VANILLE SIMEON : Vanille is French. Former dancer, Yoga and Partner Acrobatics teacher, Vanille also trained as a massage therapist. Vanille has an extensive experience in teaching movement, body language and biomechanics. She also founded her company The Maitri Movement for promote mindfulness programs in workshops and retreats accross Europe. www.themaitrimovement.com

- Nos meilleurs conseils de parade, des astuces pour atterrir et sortir en toute sécurité, même quand c'est mal barré! L'indispensable pour tous les acroyogis!-
14h30pm - 17h30: Entrées et sorties sympas
-en pied-main et mains à mains en base-L. Prise normale et main à mains inversée.-
Dimanche 22 avril 2018:
11h-13h: Introduction en portés acrobatiques
- Avoir confiance et commencer à travailler en hauteur-
14h30 - 17h30: Un goût d'acrobatie dynamique
-Perfectionner votre flow avec des entrées et des sorties dynamiques, tempos et transitions (en base L & debout).
Stage en anglais (Traductions si nécessaires)
Pour la pause déjeuner, pique-nique Kollectif!
