Let's have lunch! - Stars'n'bars

Come join us at Stars N Bars on Tuesday October 4th for another fun and inspiring lunch workshop with The Clever Kitchen. It’s a chance to enjoy a lively social gathering, share a healthy meal together and get informed on a variety of nutrition issues - all at the same time.

TCK’s nutrition workshops are a great way to discover a variety of creative and seasonal vegan recipes. As always, the menu is gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and boosted with health-promoting super foods. Susan, our expert nutritionist, is on hand to explain the health benefits of each dish, as well plenty of additional nutritional insight.

Lunch is served from 12:30 to 1:30, in case anyone needs to dash off back to work. But there’s always plenty of time afterwards for chatting and superfood shopping.
