Let's have Lunch! Festive Foods with TCK - Stars'n'bars

Are you ready to celebrate the season with some healthy and delicious vegetarian food? Perhaps you’re looking for a little plant-based inspiration for your holiday meals? Come join us at Starsnbars on Tuesday December 6th for another fun lunch workshop with The Clever Kitchen. We’ll be presenting some of our favourite festive recipes to help you stay thealthy, happy and full of delicious food throughout the holiday season!

TCK’s nutrition workshops are a great way to discover a variety of creative and seasonal vegan recipes. As always, the menu is gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and boosted with health-promoting super foods.

It’s a chance to enjoy a lively social gathering, share a healthy meal together and get informed on a variety of nutrition issues - all at the same time.

Susan, our expert nutritionist, is on hand to explain the health benefits of each dish, as well plenty of additional nutritional insight.

Lunch is served from 12:30 to 1:30, in case you need to dash off back to work. But there’s always plenty of time afterwards for chatting and superfood shopping. Cost: 30 euros includes nutrition talk, superfood shot, 3-course lunch, soft drinks or wine and edible gifts.
