It’s a chance to enjoy a lively social gathering, share a healthy meal together and get informed on a variety of nutrition issues - all at the same time.
TCK’s nutrition workshops are a great way to discover a variety of creative and seasonal vegan recipes. As always, the menu is gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free and boosted with health-promoting super foods.
