Roisin is a jelly baby. Possibly the biggest jelly baby of all the jelly babies. Who knows?
However, we're sad to say that Friday will be her last ever shift. We're sorry to be losing her go but we wish her all the very best in the future and she leaves with a place in all our hearts.
We know that many of you will want to come along to say your farewells and have Roisin serve you a perfect pint of Guinness one last time!
