➤ LUNDI 19 SEPTEMBRE :
★ CITY TOUR ★ 16h - 18h30
Pour le lancement de la Welcome Week, ESN Montpellier vous a préparé un city Tour hors du commun ! Il est temps pour vous de faire un peu plus connaissance avec votre ville d’accueil. Pour pimenter la visite, on vous a préparé une petite animation ! Vous avez sûrement vu ces vélos accrochés un peu sur tous les murs de Montpellier ? Le but est simple, lors de votre visite chaque groupe accompagné d’un ESNER devra prendre un maximum de vélos en photo. Le groupe qui en aura le plus gagnera le city tour !! Rendez-vous lundi à 16h devant la gare Saint Roch avec vos téléphones bien chargés, votre joie et votre bonne humeur !
★ QUIZZ & FILM ★ - dès 19h
En collaboration avec la Maison Des Étudiants (MDE) du Campus Richter et le BVE nous vous invitons à assister à la projection GRATUITE du film français “l’Aile ou la Cuisse” dans le cinéma de la MDE ! Pour les fans de culture cinématographique, de comédies et de gastronomie française, ce film est (par)fait pour vous !
Après la projection un goûter offert par votre team ESN vous attendra dans le hall.

➤ MERCREDI 21 SEPTEMBRE
★ INTERNATIONAL DINNER ★
Le principe est simple : chaque Erasmus/étudiant international apporte un plat typique de son pays. Un buffet présentant tous les plats sera à disposition pour se servir et puis, on mange, on boit, on s’amuse !
Il y'a un micro-onde pour réchauffer votre plat.
NB: /!\ LES BOISSONS NE SONT PAS AUTORISEES, consommations au Bar de la Panacée uniquement.

➤ JEUDI 22 SEPTEMBRE
★ BARATHON ★
Êtes-vous prêts ? 5 bars, 5 alcools, une entrée gratuite au Rockstore, pour seulement 10€ ! 100 étudiants internationaux répartis en 5 groupes avec deux charmants accompagnateurs d’ESN Montpellier.

➤ VENDREDI 23 SEPTEMBRE
★ ERASMUS ON ICE ★
Venez avec nous patiner en musique et profiter d'une bonne ambiance assurée à la patinoire Vegapolis d'Odysseum ; la plus grande patinoire dansante de France !

★ Prix : 4€ par personne (entrée + location des patins). Venez avec le montant exact, pour que vous puissiez rentrer plus vite !

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 19TH
★ CITY TOUR ★ - from 4pm to 6:30pm
To start this Welcome Week, ESN Montpellier has prepared an unusual City Tour! The time has come for you to know more about your host city! To spice up this visit, we prepared for you a special activity! You may have seen the bikes on the walls all around the city? The goal is simple, during the visit each team will be lead by an ESN member and must photograph as many bikes as possible. The team with most photos will win the City Tour! Meeting point at 4pm in front of the Saint Roch train station with your mobiles, your joy and good spirit!
★ QUIZZ & MOVIE ★ - start 7pm
With the Maison Des Étudiants (MDE) and the BVE, we invite you to the FREE projection of the famous French movie “l’Aile ou la Cuisse” at the MDE Cinema! For the cinematic culture’s, comedies’ and French gastronomy lovers, this movie is made for you!
After the projection you will also have a snack offered by your ESN team

➤ WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 21ST
★ INTERNATIONAL DINNER ★
Do you wanna discover new flavors? Do you wanna enjoy good food? Do you wanna have fun for free in a unique place?
The principle is simple: each erasmus student/international student will bring a speciality from his country of origin, all the food will be placed on a buffet, so the participants will be able to serve themselves. The rest will be quite simple. Eating, drinking, and having fun!

PS: DO NOT BRING DRINKS. You will only be allowed to drink beverages purchased from the bar of "La Panacée”.

➤ THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 22ND
★ PUBCRAWL ★
Are you ready? 5 pubs, 5 alcohols, one free entrance to the Rockstore, for only €10! 100 international students divided through 5 groups with 2 lovely ESN members in each.

➤ FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 23RD
★ ERASMUS ON ICE ★
Come and join us for a wonderful ice-skating night with upbeat music and lots of room to show all of your ice-skating skills at Vegapolis ; the BIGGEST DANCING ICE6SKATING STADIUM in France!

★ Price: €4 per person (entry + rental) Don’t forget to bring the exact amount of 4€ to make the simplify the whole procedure.
