Meet your friends and make new ones, at our first event of 2018 – reception, lunch and Assemblée Générale on Saturday the 20th of January at the beautifully situated Le Manoir de l´Etang, Mougins. Weather permitting, we will enjoy our aperitif on the outside terrace, followed by the Annual General Meeting and a fine 3-course lunch with all wines, waters and coffee, inside. The program will include the formalities of our Annual General Meeting, including the election of 2018 Officers & Governors. (Members – please see the AGM Voting Form on our website). Members are asked to vote now even if you are not coming to this event and AGM.
Kindly confirm your RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than Friday 12 January. IMPORTANT – due to restaurant policy, we need to receive your reservation payment no later than Friday 12th January unless sold out before. Cancellations past 16 January are not refundable. Previously our events have been sold out prior to the final date so please book quickly. Without payment your reservation cannot be confirmed. There will be no payments accepted at the door. When booking please choose your menu, seating preferences and guest names.
Price: Members 50 Euros; Guests 60 Euros. This includes Prosecco aperitif with amuses bouches, and the 3-course lunch with wines, waters, and coffee.
Location: In the hills behind Cannes, in Mougins, once home to Picasso, you will find Le Manoir de L’Etang. A manor house, built in the 19th century, it is set in four hectares of land and overlooks a small lake covered in Lotus flowers. It is just a few minutes from the exit 42 on the A8 autoroute.

Beetroot ravioli with goat cheese and ham, vinaigrette with balsamic and honey
Or
Velouté of Jerusalem artichokes with poached egg

Main course:
Ballotin of poultry with mushroom duxelles and stuffed vegetables
Or
Hake, Arborio risotto with saffron shellfish cream

Dessert:
Apple tart with vanilla ice cream
Or
Ice-cream Parfait with citrus fruits
