Portée par la Loire, Nantes construit son industrie en s’appuyant sur les échanges et les innovations. L’agroalimentaire y a joué un rôle majeur, faisant naître des entreprises devenues emblématiques : LU, BN, Tipiak, Amieux, Béghin Say ou encore Cassegrain.
Cette exposition temporaire invite petits et grands à découvrir cette aventure nantaise à travers un parcours riche en contenus et accessible, centré sur les thématiques suivantes : les secteurs de l’agroalimentaire, la chaîne de production, le rôle de la publicité dans cette industrie, les luttes sociales, la vie ouvrière et enfin l’avenir de l’agroalimentaire à Nantes.
Une plongée passionnante dans l’histoire d’un territoire, à la croisée du fleuve, de l’industrie et de la gourmandise.
