Gemma Vassallo and Tatiana Avila-Bouru have collaborated and created an opportunity to embark on a transformative journey, where you will learn not only how teach vinyasa and practice more intelligently, but understand how to live a yogic way of life for the modern day yogi.

Yoga asana: alignment, energy, benefits and contraindications
Meditation and pranayama
How to sequence a well rounded, intelligent class using vinyasa krama
Teaching methodology
Hands on adjustments
Yoga philosophy
Yogic lifestyle and wellness including Ayurveda
Yoga teacher ethics
Empowering life skills
Sequencing is an important point for us as we believe it's very important to respect our body and use what we call “vinyasa krama”, which means building a class step by step preparing the body to reach a peak posture.
This training is unique. You will have an empowering and life changing experience. You will have fun and connect with an amazing yoga community. Yoga teacher training is a deep journey of self discovery and creation, and you will make life-long friends on this program.
This part-time 200 hour teacher training is certified by Yoga Alliance and will allow you to teach internationally, anywhere the world!
All modules will be taught in English, please speak with us if you feel you need assistance with translation.
