He outlines how to design a corporate structure and culture that is fit to manage a portfolio of existing businesses models, new innovation projects, and future growth engines. Osterwalder illustrates the challenges of innovation in the 21st century and how to overcome them.

He will introduce a new concept that helps companies visualize if they are ready for the future or if they should fear disruption.
