MONICA MARTINS FINE ART GALLERY will be present at SALON ART SHOPPING CARROUSEL DU LOUVRE - PARIS - FRANCE 12 to 14 June 2015 In the STAND B38, HALL MAIN, in the Heart of the Carrousel du Louvre

TO PARTICIPATE:
SELECTION To submit artworks to the selection you don’t need to pay any fee, it is only necessary to send the photographic reproduction of at least 5/6 artworks with title, dimensions, technique, artist's full name, website, phone number for possible contact and indicate with how much artwork it intends to participate, the email address [email protected] The Commission will make the selection in the period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the material submitted by you

REGISTRATION Each artist can participate with a maximum of two (2) artworks up to a maximum of 90x90 After the official announcement of the artwork choice, you will need to make the payment the deposit of the 50% of the total value of the fees, no later than the next 15 days by a positive result. Send by email the picture of the artwork chosen by the Commission at high resolution for publication in the catalog, with biography, critical note and the receipt of the first installment. The remaining 50% will be paid no later than April 27, 2015. Each artist will be entitled to two (2) pages in the catalog with his biography, criticism, advertising of your website and work full page. The catalog will be available to visitors during the event.

FEE 1 work a maximum 50x50 € 300 + iva, 2 artworks maximum size 50x50 € 500 + iva 1 work up to a maximum of 90x90 € 500 + iva 2 artworks maximum size 90x90 € 800 + iva

THE PRICE INCLUDES Artworks shipping round trip from Italy to Paris, one (1) Catalog, two (2) pages in the catalog with the publication of the biography, critical nod and a full-page photo of the artwork, graphic design, organizational costs, caretaking, exposure, construction, dismantling, repackaging works for shipping, sale on-site assistance, opening.

Theme -The theme is free. I am open to all forms of visual arts: sculpture, painting, photography, digital art, graphics and engravings, and all techniques.
SHIPPING The shipment from Italy to Paris and Paris to Italy will be at our expense. At the end of exposure, in the event of non-sale, the artworks will be returned by courier by the artists. If you sell 15% will be for Monica Martins Fine Art Gallery

PER LA PARTECIPAZIONE:
SELEZIONE
Per proporre le opere alla selezione non è necessario pagare nessuna quota, è soltanto necessario inviare la riproduzione fotografica di almeno 5/6 opere, con titolo, dimensioni, tecnica, nome completo dell’artista, sito web, numero cellulare per eventuale contatto e indicare con quante opere intende partecipare, all’indirizzo mail [email protected]
La Commissione farà la selezione nel periodo di 15 giorni dalla data di ricevimento dal materiale inviato dall’artista

ISCRIZIONI
Ogni artista può partecipare con il massimo di due (2) opere misura massima 90x90
Dopo la comunicazione ufficiale dell’opera scelta, sarà necessario effettuare il versamento
della caparra confirmatoria di partecipazione del 50% del valore totale della quota, entro e non oltre i prossimi 15 giorni dall’esito positivo. Inviare per email l’immagine dell’opere scelta dalla Commissione ad alta risoluzione per la pubblicazione nel catalogo, con la biografia, cenno critico e la ricevuta della prima quota. Il restante della quota del 50% potrà essere versata entro e non oltre il 27 Aprile 2015.
Ogni Artista avrà diritto a due (2) pagine sul Catalogo con la sua biografia, critica, pubblicità del suo sito web e l’opera a piena pagina. Il catalogo sarà disponibile ai visitatori durante l’evento.

1 opera misura massima 90x90 euro 500+iva
2 opere misura massima 90x90 euro 800+iva

LA QUOTA COMPRENDE
Trasporto opere andata e ritorno dall’Italia a Paris, un (1) Catalogo, due (2) pagine nel Catalogo con la pubblicazione della biografia, cenno critico e foto a piena pagina dell’opera, realizzazione grafica, spese di organizzazione, guardiania, esposizione, allestimento, disallestimento, riconfezionamento opere per spedizioni, assistenza vendita in loco, vernissage.

Tema -La tematica è libera.Sono ammesse tutte le forme delle Arti Visive: scultura, pittura, fotografia, arte digitale, grafica e incisioni, e tutte le tecniche.

SPEDIZIONI
La spedizione da Italia a Paris e vice versa sarà a carico nostro.
A fine esposizione, in caso di mancata vendita, le opere saranno rispedite tramite corriere a carico degli artisti.
In caso di vendita 15% sarà destinato a Monica Martins Fine Art Gallery
