FUZZ CLUB PARTY / Flying Moon In Space • Juju • Pretty Lightning - SUPERSONIC

FLYING MOON IN SPACE (Krautrock – Fuzz Club – Liepzig, ALL) Flying Moon In Space are a seven-piece band from Leipzig, Germany borne out of live improvisations which are known to last hours at a time. Although they cite influences that span the likes of Can, Neu!, Brian Eno and Godspeed You! Black Emperor, ‘Flying Moon In Space’ is an album indebted to the band’s own experimental live approach more than anything else. Their improvised live shows typically see them perform with four guitars, bass, drums and vocals, resulting in huge walls of sound that are awash with hypnotic motorik beats and orchestral walls of reverb. https://youtu.be/RptZjJKtIkM JUJU (Psychedelic - Fuzz Club - Palermo, ITA) JuJu, the brainchild of Gioele Valenti, are back with a new album: ‘La Que Sabe’, out via Weird Beard Records. Sicilian multi-instrumentalist and producer Gioele Valenti is a key figure of the European underground music scene. He is one half of acclaimed Occult Psych project Llay Lamas (Rocket Recordings). He is the man behind Herself, a folktronica project that involved the likes of Jonathan Donahue of Mercury Rev, John Fallon of The Steppes and Amaury Cambuzat of Faust and Ulan Bator. He was also the guitarist of Josefin Öhrn + The Liberation. Most importantly, he is the creator of the unclassifiable JuJu. https://herself1.bandcamp.com/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62fkgI58UD0 PRETTY LIGHTNING (Ambient fuzz - Fuzz Club - Saarbrücken, Germany These two pals from a small town in Germany have hit on an honestly impressive variation of Delta blues. When they summon a spooky drone, it’s been likened to the Amon Duul II hippy shake, but I hear something closer to Junior Kimbrough in its composure and hypnosis. They’ll hang on a single bobbling lick for a long time, and when it changes up, it’s both traditional and unexpected. https://prettylightning.bandcamp.com/ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xktUmoBp6bI ——————————— Mardi 25 Octobre 2022 Entrée gratuite • Ouverture des portes à 19h00 • Happy Hour de 19h à 20h (3€50 la pinte) ——————————— SUPERSONIC 9 rue Biscornet, 75012 Paris Métro Bastille (sortie rue de lyon)
