Queen and Adam Lambert is a collaboration between British band Queen (Brian May and Roger Taylor) and American vocalist Adam Lambert. The collaboration originated when May and Taylor appeared on American Idol in 2009 when Lambert was a contestant. They began performing occasionally in 2011 and in 2014 announced the Queen + Adam Lambert Tour with supporting musicians Spike Edney (keyboards, backing vocals), Roger Taylor's son Rufus Tiger Taylor (percussion, drums, backing vocals) and Neil Fairclough (bass, backing vocals).
