Yin Yoga Flow from head to toe
Join Gemma Vassallo for a 2hr Yin yoga practice focusing on opening the whole body from head to toe.
Asanas (postures) will target the feet, front and back of the legs, hips, belly, spine, chest, shoulders, neck, face and head. You will get a complete whole body yin workout.
By stretching your body deeply, holding the postures for 3-5 minutes and longer, we will cleanse and energise your entire being, increasing mobility and flexibility not just in your muscles, but in your fascia, connective tissue and joints, and promote overall health and wellness.
This workshop is suitable for all levels from beginner to experienced. First timers welcome.
