Join us at Bodhi Tree Studio as we Kick Cancer in the Bodhi.
The event features three classes:
Pound taught by Brittney Ippensen (30 min)
Yoga taught by Lindsay Spaulding (30 min)
Sound Meditation taught by Michael Vera Eastmond (30 min)
Organic fruits, hot teas, and water will be provided by Hy-Vee on Harrison. All participants will also receive a free cooling towel.
A basket of items donated by local businesses will be raffled at the event. Tickets will be available to purchase the morning of the event.
All proceeds will benefit the QMG Healthcare Foundation to assist patients with cancer
