• Challenge based off inches lost (not pounds)
• Participants measured first & last day
• One weekly workout with trainer (45 min.)
• Homework for the remainder of the week
• Each group given its own dietitian
• Weekly food journal that’s reviewed & given recommendations
• Total number of inches lost determines the winner(s) with three spots for measurement
• Min. 19 total participants, each class is capped at 15 participants
PRIZES: Spa gift cards for individuals & a group prize for group that loses the most inches together. Prizes for completed nutritional/physical challenges.

Tuesdays with Maggie: Noon
Thursdays with Cole: 5:45pm
Fridays with Kylie: 10:45am
