Women Only Self Defense Progarm - Quincy Police Department

This is a two-night program.

This free program is open to females aged 18+, 16 with adult or guardian. Attendance is required both nights because this is a progressive learning program. There is no exam and no one is required to do anything that they do not feel comfortable with. The first night involves learning strikes, blocks, and blows.
