Carsin is a family winery & farm in the hills of Rions, which belongs to the winemaking region of Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux. Our vineyards, fruits & vegetables are cultivated with great respect towards nature and with sustainable practices. We produce many different styles of wine: dry whites, rosés, reds, sweets and some sparkling too. We also make fruit jams, non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice and barrel-aged balsamic vinegar. Our veggie garden provides us hundreds of kilos of organic vegetables and our free-range chicken produce delicious eggs.
