Ces postes seront accessibles par le biais d'une formation en alternance afin de passer un Titre Pro CIMA (conducteur d'installations et de machines automatisées) à compté de Septembre 2026. Formation théorique de 420 heures étalée sur 18 mois avec les périodes en entreprise. Ce contrat en alternance sera précédé d'une formation financée de quelques semaines pour passer différ
