La Conserverie de Metz et le musée Niépce proposent de mettre la photographie de famille à l'honneur à travers une collecte d'images auprès du grand public et une restitution de cette collecte sous la forme d'une exposition poétique, scénarisée par Anne Delrez (artiste et commissaire).
Tout au long de l’année, la collecte aura lieu dans plusieurs lieux de France, dont le musée Niépce. Venez déposer vos photographies de famille pour les numériser (à la librairie du musée, tous les après-midi et le deuxième week-end du mois, du 19 septembre 2026 à fin janvier 2027). Une seule condition : qu’une photographie figure dans votre photographie.
Six expositions auront lieu dans six espaces différents en France de septembre 2026 à janvier 2028, chacune se voyant augmentée des nouvelles contributions. L’exposition de clôture du bicentenaire sera présentée au musée Niépce avec la totalité de la collecte.
La collecte de La Conserverie propose de rendre hommage à la photographie réalisée, puis conservée, regardée, aimée, savourée et re-photographiée. Elle sera présentée jusqu'au 23 janvier 2028.
